New Student Applications 2026-2027 (limited openings)
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission, and parents will receive email notifications through this system. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.

Current Families: Go to your FACTS Family Portal HERE and access/submit NEW Student application there
New Families: Access NEW Student application via the following links
TODDLER – 5th GRADE applicants click HERE to get started!
You’ll create a parent account first. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. After submitting the application, you will be able to print your application for your records.
