Extended day program
Before and after school care
All Cosgriff students (Preschool – 8th grade) will be Automatically Registered for EDP, unless you choose to opt-out of EDP for the entire school year by completing this form.
This auto EDP registration will also come with a $50 registration fee billed in August, upon starting school, charged to your family FACTS account.

Availability, hours, and Rates
Extended Day Program, EDP, has worked closely with J.E. Cosgriff families since 1996 to provide a safe, supervised and nurturing Christian environment before and after school. The EDP program provides supervised recreation and creative activities, and encourages physical activities that are developmentally appropriate for all children. Snacks are provided. The Extended day program is available when J.E. Cosgriff is in session. We are closed when J. E. Cosgriff is closed; school holidays, teacher work days and professional educator days.
EDP is located in the Vaughan Center. We also utilize the playground and school gymnasium. We look forward to working with your student and getting to know your family.

Registration/Billing Information
A registration fee of $50/student will be charged to your FACTS account in August, and thereafter, your monthly account balance will be deducted via FACTS. Parents will receive an email notification from FACTS at the beginning of each month, 10 days later the balance will be deducted. Preschool (3/4)
Children attending EDP in the morning will be escorted to class. Children attending EDP after preschool are escorted to the Vaughan Center.
Monday-Thursday, before school, 7:30am – 8:30 am ($9)
Monday-Thursday, after school, 11:00am – 5:30pm ($9/hour)
Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm ($9/hour)
Pre-kindergarten (4/5)
Children attending EDP in the morning will be escorted to class after lunch. Children attending EDP after Pre-kindergarten are escorted to the Vaughan Center.
Monday-Thursday, 7:30am – 12:20pm ($9/hour) & 3:00pm-5:30pm ($9/hour)
Friday, 7:30am-8:20am & 11:00am – 5:30pm ($9/hour)
Preschool – Pre-K: Hourly Rate is $9.00, with a $50.00 annual registration fee per student.
* EDP drop-off/pick-up schedules are only required for Preschool and PreKindergarten students. Those families will be contacted by the EDP coordinator in the Fall.
Kindergarten – 8th Grade
Before school from 7:30am to 8:10am ($6)
After school from 3:15pm to 4:20pm ($6) 4:20pm to 5:30pm ($6)
Friday/Early Dismissal 12:30pm to 5:30pm ($6 per hour)
K – 8: Hourly Rate is $6.00 per hour, with a yearly registration fee per student of $50.00
Additional Fees
Late Pick-up Policy:
If you are late picking up your child(ren), a late fee will be billed to your account per family. The late fee is $5/minute up to 5 minutes and then $1/minute for every minute after that. Please contact EDP and inform the staff if you will be late. We greatly appreciate your support of the Extended Day program and staff by arriving on time.
