To apply to J.E. Cosgriff School, Parents must submit the following information:

A student will not be considered for acceptance until all the above information has been received.
Upon acceptance, all new students will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit, which will be credited towards tuition at registration.

Tuition rates are set by the Salt Lake Catholic Diocese for grades K-8.
Tuition for 2017-2018 school year:
Preschool 2 year olds: $2,200
Preschool 3 year olds: $3,500
K – 8 Qualified Catholic rate: $5,540
K – 8 Regular Tuition rate: $6,924
The cost difference between the regular tuition and the Catholic tuition K-8 is $1,384. Please consider voluntarily paying the regular tuition even if eligible for Catholic tuition. The tax-deductible donated amount would make a significant impact toward meeting our budgetary needs and funding our programs.

It is our goal to make Catholic education a possibility for all families who want to attend. Need based tuition assistance is available for qualifying families. Need is determined by the FACTS assistance program, tuition assistance is then calculated on a family by family basis.
All families applying for tuition assistance must apply through FACTS. To apply for tuition assistance, complete an online application at https://online.factsmgt.com/
Because financial aid is limited it is important to submit your application and other required forms before the deadline.
Fee Structure for 2017-2018:
Toddler / Preschool / Pre-Kindergarten: $200 per student
Kindergarten – 8th Grade: $400 per student
*8th Grade Students will also be required to pay an additional $100 graduation fee

By law, every student in Grade K-8 must be immunized before entering school. Prior to entering J.E. Cosgriff Memorial Catholic School, every student must have the following immunizations:
The Catholic Schools Office recognizes only legitimate medical exemptions to these immunization requirements. Religious or personal objections to the immunization requirements are not recognized by J.E. Cosgriff Memorial Catholic School.
